shhhh! don’t tell anybody but…
1 / 10 / 2011I love to shovel snow!
And we got blasted yesterday and last night…so….
YAY!
(I know. I look like the Barney version of the Stay-Puff Marshmallow dude)
PS: Maddie hates…no…loathes…her jacket.
LOATHES.
I’m all, “Maddie! Lexi! Look at me!”
Lexi: Fine. Sure.
Girls! At me! Look at me! Maddie!
Lexi: Yawn. Seriously. It’s not *that* bad.
MADDIE! COME ON!
Lexi: Seriously. Geez. It’s just a JACKET.
PPS: Can’t you see how much progress we’re NOTmaking on the whole “unpack” and “unclutter” and “get shit off the floor” ??
PPPS: For all you Southern peoples who are currently getting dumped on with snow AND ice….stay warm and safe!! Don’t do anything you wouldn’t normally do….I’d say “in the snow” but snow isn’t exactly ”normal”…so….just…stay inside.

Love it! We are currently getting all of it and it has snowed for the past several days and it seems there may be no end in sight. The end result should be several thousand feet…the wind is coming this afternoon which means serious trouble here. Awesome!
It snowed like 4 inches yesterday and now freezing reason on top of all that snow… We might not get out until friday ! Poor maddie, she’s just pitiful.
Aww they look so cute! So do you! I look like a big wide oof with my winter gear on! You look cute. No fair.
Love the first shot with the sunrise(?). Makes me glad that it is summer here and positively balmy, and even when it is winter I don’t have to deal with that. My father grew up with snow like that; he reckoned it only looked good on postcards, because living with it was such a PITA.
Shannon: Ah! THOUSAND FEET??? I need to come and stay with you!
Brandy: Stayf safe! It’s bad there!
Jolene: Aw….thank you! And I seriously doubt you look like a big oof!
sam: Thank you! And…yes…summer probably sounds excellent compared to the negative whatever it is today….
Your furkids are so cute. My sister’s minpin’s wear coats and sweaters all winter long, all day every day. My boxer and jack don’t have any clothes and I’m pretty sure they would side with Maddie on the subject.
I have a dog that will not move in his coat, somehow it gives him paralysis. The other dog is like Oh yeah! I’m too sexy for my fleecy plaid coat.
