If you follow me on Twitter or happen to be Facebook friends with me, I’m sure you’ve noticed that I’ve been seriously MIA lately.

As in: ridiculously delinquent.

I’m basically writing a blog post to excuse myself from being tardy.  Think of it like a “please excuse Jessica for…” note for school, only I’m excusing myself instead of my mom doing it for me.  I guess that’s what happens when you grow up – you have to write your own notes.

This delinquency includes reading and commenting on your blogs, too.  *sigh*  The funny part is that I still read them here and there and then forget to comment…call it lazy…call it what you will…I haven’t even been replying to comments on my own blog…though I do read and adore every single one of your comments…but life has been…how shall we say?….happening.  Quickly.  Things…are happening.  Tim and I are moving at a pace that is almost impossible to keep up with right now it seems. Oh, we’re still running and trying to plan date nights…there is no date night from last week.  As would be expected, a funeral kind of took over.  This weekend…we kind of have a date night, I guess. Maybe I should share?

Anyhow, the good news?

All of this is only temporary.

I think….yes…I’m pretty certain.  Temporary.

The better news?

You’re not living inside my head.  Which means you are saved from the madness.

Count yourselves lucky.

Oh!  And the fantastic news?

One day, hopefully soon, my lovelies, you’ll be *in* on all of this craziness.

Exciting, no?
